Our client is a growing technology platform with a Singapore presence. As the business continues to scale, they are hiring a Senior Finance & Administration Executive to support its finance operations, office administration, and broader business support function.
This is a broad role within a lean team, covering day-to-day finance operations, administrative coordination, vendor management, documentation, and senior management support. The role would suit someone hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where responsibilities may sit across both finance and administration.
Responsibilities for the Senior Finance & Administration Executive:
- Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, payments, staff claims, reconciliations, payroll inputs, and monthly closing support
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure supporting documentation is properly organised and updated
- Assist with audit, tax, budgeting, cash-flow documentation, and other finance-related schedules where required
- Coordinate office administration matters, including vendors, facilities, supplies, workplace operations, and general office support
- Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, scheduling, and administrative matters for senior management
- Assist with employee onboarding logistics, documentation, filing, and internal records management
- Ensure finance and administrative processes are completed accurately and in line with internal policies and timelines
- Support process improvements across finance, administration, documentation, and day-to-day workflow management
- Provide broader business support where required within a lean and growing Singapore team
Requirements for the Senior Finance & Administration Executive:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
- Around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience across finance, accounting, administration, office management or a similar hybrid role
- Hands-on experience with AP, AR, invoice processing, payments, staff claims, reconciliations, payroll inputs and monthly closing support
- Prior exposure to audit support, tax documentation, budgeting assistance or cash-flow tracking would be advantageous
- Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a lean team environment with broad responsibilities across finance, administration and business support
- Practical, proactive, discreet and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Prior experience in a start-up, SME, technology business or fast-paced environment would be viewed positively
