- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, approval workflows, and finance governance standards
- Oversee group consolidation, intercompany transactions, multi-entity reporting, and cross-entity finance matters where required
- Partner closely with senior management to provide financial visibility, commercial insights, and practical recommendations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, investors, and other external stakeholders

- Prior experience managing multiple entities, group consolidation, intercompany accounting or regional reporting would be advantageous
- Experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work with financial models, reports, reconciliations, and management analysis
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to operate independently within a lean finance function
- Commercially minded, practical, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
