As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will help deliver a positive and engaging experience for interns and participants throughout their program journey. You will partner with program leaders, managers, ambassadors, colleagues, and external partners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.

You will:
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of programs and initiatives for emerging professionals and internships
- Create and manage program communications, newsletters, resources, and participant updates
- Maintain program data, reports, dashboards, and survey results with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate orientations, learning sessions, networking events, and other virtual or in-person activities
- Provide timely support to interns, managers, ambassadors, and stakeholders
- Track key achievements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution
