What the day will look like



As a Digital Activation Senior Consultant, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of complex digital campaigns that support business growth and audience engagement across global and regional markets.




You will:

• Develop integrated activation strategies across paid, owned, earned, and digital channels


• Lead multi-channel campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, marketing automation, email marketing, websites, and analytics tools


• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and marketing efficiency


• Guide testing and optimization initiatives, translating insights into actionable improvements


• Partner with marketing, business, and regional stakeholders to align campaigns with strategic priorities


• Share expertise, coach colleagues, and help drive best practices across digital activation teams

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, performance marketing, marketing operations, or a related field


• Proven experience managing complex multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and marketing automation tools


• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, campaign measurement, analytics, and performance optimization


• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear business recommendations


• Experience building positive relationships and influencing partners across different teams and levels of an organization


• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience


• Additional European language skills such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch are an advantage
