Your role

We're looking for a HR Operations Intern to:

• resolve employees' concerns quickly and precisely while keeping them updated and informed
• deliver high quality HR services according to agreed service level agreements and Swiss legislation in a professional manner
• treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches
• contribute to IT-related improvement activities within our team
• stay on top of and ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
• working in collaboration with other team members and Stakeholders to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment
• support continuous process improvement initiatives

Your team

You'll be working in the Swiss Leave&Absence Team that is a part of Service Delivery stream located in Fabryczna Office in Krakow. Working with multiple Stakeholders hand-in hand, we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them primarily via e-mail or through our ticketing system.

Your expertise

• ideally previous work experience in HR or operations or any multinational customer-oriented company
• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills
• high degree of client orientation and true service-oriented mindset
• good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
• very good written and spoken English
