Your role

Are you highly organised and process-driven? Do you have a strong attention to detail even when managing multiple priorities? Are you curious about how technology and innovation can enhance HR services?

As an HR Operations Intern for Spain, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling benefits related updates
• Organizing medical checks
• Handling parental leaves and other simple absences in line with Spanish regulations
• Preparation of simple HR reports
• Resolving basic employees inquiries
• Manage working on weekends in line with Spanish regulations
• Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism

Your team

You'll be a part of the HR Service Delivery EMEA SMCs team working in Krakow/Wroclaw. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by chat or through our ticketing system

We deliver an entire portfolio of hire-to-retire HR services to our Clients, balancing operational work with transformation projects, simplification initiatives and growth opportunities for our Colleagues.

Your expertise

• Fluent in English
• knowledge of Spanish is an asset
• Prior experience in Human Resources or a Shared Services environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks
