For our Luxembourg office we are looking for a student / trainee to strengthen, and learn with, our Corporate team, for a period of 3 to 6 months, during the first or second semester of 2027.

As our Corporate trainee/intern, you will:

• Support the Corporate team across a wide range of matters, including M&A, restructuring, and general corporate advisory
• Conduct legal research and collaborate on resolving complex legal questions
• Draft memos, contract clauses, shareholder agreements, transaction documents, and other legal materials

As our ideal trainee / intern, you:

• are reading law at University or a Law school, nearing the end of your Masters or LL.M
• are available for at least three months, 5 days a week (except for study obligations)
• have a five-star service attitude, meticulous is your middle name
• are fluent (orally and written) in English and in French. A good command of another foreign language is always an asset.
