Key Qualifications

• Proven Delivery Track Record: Must have delivered end-to-end Power Apps solutions before, scaling applications from local market pilots to regional/APAC deployments.
• Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese communication skills. Comfortable presenting to Executive Leadership Committees.
• Core Technical Stack: Advanced hands-on experience and architectural understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Business Analysis & Agile Practice: Strong analytical skills, business requirements gathering, prototyping, user engagement, and leading team retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Application Delivery (Technical BA Consultant)

• Incentive Management Application (APAC Regional Scale): Partner directly with retail teams to uncover requirements, prototype features, and iterate based on user feedback. Collaborate closely in a agile two-person team (Developer + BA) to build end-to-end solutions, driving rollout across HKMO and scaling across APAC markets (Thailand, Australia, Korea, and Taiwan).
• Operations & Event Support Application: Architect and maintain mission-critical tools upscaled to support regional high-end events. Automate workflows with Power Automate and build real-time Power BI dashboards to streamline complex event operations. Conduct live demos and present progress to Executive Leadership Committees.
• Coach Application: Design and deliver solutions to host division-wide coaching sessions, acting as a key enabler for major divisional goals.

2. Community Leadership & Coaching

• Local Market Power Platform Community Lead: Serve as the functional lead for the local market Power Platform community.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior business analysts and low-code builders.
• Best Practices & Adoption: Promote Power Platform best practices with business stakeholders, actively engaging business users to explore and adopt self-service Power Platform tools.
