About the Role:

• Prepare collection briefs based on in-depth analysis of collections and sales performance.
• Observe the development and production of items: review quotations, optimize margins and costs, and coordinate with the Product Development team.
• Prepare the weekly Product Management meeting with your fellow Product Manager.
• Handle references, pricing, and coordinate product shooting for the collections you are responsible for.
• Monitor the delivery schedule in coordination with the Product Development team.
• Support the management of the product environment with the Visual Merchandising department.
• Track legal considerations with the Legal counsel.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking.

• Develop Product News for each launch.
• Prepare launches with the relevant departments to ensure launches take place under the best conditions.
• Contribute to the development of communication assets.
• Organize collection previews.
• Contribute to the success of customer events by sharing expertise on the collections: coordinate with Merchandising, VM, Communication, and Retail before events, and support during events.

• Contribute to the development of the annual Product Plan with the International Head of Product.
• Work closely with the Merchandising team on Product lifecycle management.
• Liaise with Finance and Merchandising teams regarding the annual price review.

About the Candidate:

• Proven expertise in Product Marketing.
• Solid experience in Jewellery.
• Strong product awareness and sensitivity: from design to production, you accompany each step with genuine care for products and creativity.
• Your dynamism and agility help you keep pace with a challenging and rapidly growing business; your flexibility is a key asset.
• Independent and proactive approach, supporting the expansion of a rapidly growing product range.
