Job Responsibilities

Channel Management & Strategic Growth

• Formulate joint business plans with banking partners and brokerage firms to drive premium growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution footprint within assigned accounts.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service level agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and implement corrective strategies.

Relationship & Account Management

• Maintain strong executive relationships with bank product managers, regional heads, and brokerage principals.
• Act as the primary liaison between the insurance corporate office and external channel partners.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks related to underwriting, policy issuance, and claims for partner clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

Sales Enablement & Product Activation

• Design tailored marketing campaigns and sales incentives to boost partner engagement.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop bespoke life insurance solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) bank clients.
• Deliver product training and technical seminars to bank relationship managers and independent brokers.
• Provide on-the-ground sales support for complex, high-value cases or structured insurance solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in business development gained in bancassurance or brokerage
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Associate Director; less experienced candidates will be considered as Manager
