What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years' experience in project management within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience managing project timelines, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to digital platforms, mobile applications, customer experience, marketing, agency, or data-driven initiatives is highly desirable.
