My client is seeking an Investment Operations Manager to lead the implementation of key platforms and operational migrations. The role will include requirements gathering, process integration design, UAT planning and execution, and rollout/transition support.

Responsibilities

1. Support implementation of trading/operations messaging and workflow solutions (e.g., post-trade tooling) across multiple business units.
2. Support custodian/bank migration for selected geographies.
3. Perform business analysis including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design support.
4. Provide ad hoc operational support to daily processes such as: trade support, settlement monitoring, failed trade investigation, asset servicing, cash management, reconciliations, securities lending support, and broker onboarding.

Requirements

1. This is a 1 year contract, once implementation is completed, the contractor role is no longer required.
2. Cantonese/Mandarin is Mandatory
3. Experience supporting system implementation projects.
4. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
5. Understanding of the buy-side trade lifecycle.
