Responsibilities:

1. Manage equity portfolios focusing on Greater China region, including portfolio construction and regular reviews based on in-depth sector and stock research; implement dynamic rebalancing and portfolio optimisation in response to market conditions and research conclusions;
2. Collaborate closely with the research team to support investment research coverage across Greater China, enhance the internal investment research framework, and facilitate the effective translation of research outputs into actionable investment decisions;
3. Participate in market development, external roadshows, and client communication activities.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above;
2. 5+ years of experience managing public equity portfolios (benchmarked against the MSCI China Index)
3. A trong track record of public performance, with the ability to provide clients with professional insights;
4. Proven experience in roadshows targeting international institutional investors and distribution channels
5. High self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
