Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end submission process for individual life insurance applications with insurers in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding case requirements and coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and insurers to obtain necessary information and documentation.
3. Liaise and negotiate with insurance carriers on informal and formal underwriting offers, including special quotations and policy terms.
4. Conduct preliminary reviews of new business submissions and identify any irregularities or underwriting concerns for escalation.
5. Provide administrative and operational support to RMs through effective communication via email and telephone.
6. Coordinate medical appointments and prepare supporting documentation for new applications and annual policy renewals.
7. Maintain accurate records and manage documentation using internal systems, email, and web-based platforms.
8. Prepare insurance quotations, proposals, and related documentation for clients and RMs.
9. Ensure all submissions and operational processes are completed within stipulated timelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
10. Manage multiple cases concurrently in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
2. Relevant insurance certifications and licenses will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage firms, handling both new business submissions and existing policy servicing.
4. Prior experience working within a multi-carrier environment and managing high-net-worth (HNW) client cases is preferred.
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
7. Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of responsibilities independently.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
11. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
12. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
