Key Responsibilities

1. Support the pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions.
2. Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and client brochures for a wide range of structured investment solutions.
3. Coordinate and process trade confirmations for primary and secondary market transactions.
4. Review product term sheets and accurately translate product specifications into internal product files for trade lifecycle monitoring.
5. Generate investment and trade ideas using Bloomberg and pricing/analytics tools.
6. Work closely with Investment Bankers, Trading, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and product management.
7. Maintain product documentation and support post-trade monitoring and reporting.
8. Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial markets, with exposure to structured products, derivatives, capital markets, or investment products.
3. Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured investment products; experience with pricing and valuation is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop pricing models and generate trade ideas.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive, collaborative, and highly motivated team player with a strong learning mindset.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts.
9. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, counterparties, and stakeholders across the region.
