Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients or advertisers through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and pitches, showcasing the power of digital OOH advertising.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms to close deals effectively.
- Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including creative briefing, scheduling, geotargeting, monitoring performance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximum campaign impact.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape platform features and offerings.
- Degree holder.
- 4-5+ years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or corporate sales (digital OOH, programmatic, or outdoor advertising experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong client connections across different industries, media, advertising or marketing agencies
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition with proven track record.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns from brief to execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, and campaign strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and open-minded candidate.
