Your new roleReporting into a high-profile transformation program, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering Phase 3 of a large-scale privacy and data remediation initiative. Working closely with program leadership and workstream leads, you will develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, change interventions, and supporting collateral to drive adoption and successful business outcomes.This is a blended organisational change and communications role, with approximately 50% of your focus dedicated to Microsoft 365 and data remediation workstreams, and the remaining 50% supporting broader privacy, information management, and transformation initiatives across the program.You will be responsible for developing robust stakeholder engagement plans, producing communication and best-practice materials, supporting business readiness, managing queries from stakeholders, and driving organisational adoption across a complex enterprise environment.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Significant experience delivering organisational change and communications within large-scale transformation programs
- Experience supporting privacy, cyber security, data governance, information management, Microsoft 365, or remediation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Experience developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, guides, and supporting collateral
- A proven ability to operate within complex environments and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Higher education experience will be highly regarded, however candidates from similarly large and complex organisations will also be considered
- Experience working across enterprise remediation, risk, compliance, or transformation programs will be advantageous
- 9-month contract through to 30 June 2027 with potential for extension
- Competitive daily rate.
