The Role
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
- Coordinating contractors across hard and soft services.
- Responding to urgent and non-urgent facilities requests.
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring jobs to ensure service levels are met.
- Supporting facilities projects and office improvements.
- Assisting with contractor management and optimisation.
- Completing occasional travel to sites.
Your Profile
To be successful, you will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in Facilities Management.
- Experience managing multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft services.
- Experience coordinating external contractors and trades.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads.
- A current driver's licence (or the ability to travel between sites).
- Availability to commit to a 6-week contract.
