Your new role
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Phone Agent to join the team in Springwood. In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, helping them establish manageable repayment solutions while delivering a positive and empathetic customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries from customers
• Negotiating and setting up sustainable repayment arrangements
• Building rapport with customers through respectful and professional communication
• Monitoring active repayment plans and following up where required
• Conducting customer tracing activities to locate updated contact information
• Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Meeting performance targets and KPIs in a supportive team environment
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be resilient, motivated, and thrive working in a phone-based environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with a variety of people over the phone
• A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fast food management, contact centres, or other fast-paced customer-facing environments
• Strong resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
• Basic computer skills and fast, accurate keyboarding abilities
• The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
• A willingness to learn, receive coaching, and build a long-term career
