Here's what UBS, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank pay on Wall Street

Make me an offer I can't refuse.

If you’re in banking or trying to position yourself for a job at a bank, you want to know what the heavy hitters of the industry pay on Wall Street.

Deutsche Bank, UBS and Credit Suisse are all major continental European players. We’ve now compiled salary data for those three banks for analysts, associates, vice presidents, directors and managing directors in New York City, which tend to be higher than the average across the U.S. as a whole.

Analyst salaries are basically the same across all three banks, although UBS appears to have slightly more upside than the others.

Credit Suisse has the highest associate salaries of these three European banks on Wall Street, but its vice president salaries are the lowest of the three.
