Earn £100k helping banks save money
Who's most in demand in banks these days? Try anyone who can help them reorganize, achieve 'operational efficiencies' and prevent a repeat of costly mistakes of the past. In other words, think 'operational change management professionals', accountants, and risk managers.
Predictably, people with these particular talents are attracting impressive salaries and bonuses. New figures from recruitment firm Morgan McKinley suggest that even mid-ranking 'control professionals' in finance, risk and change management are earning six figures, and that senior managers are doing so very comfortably indeed.
Morgan McKinley says clients are particularly prepared to pay top packages for candidates whose expertise is centered around risk models, data projects, or finance and risk systems rationalisation.
