Adams Hall Asset Management Expands into Dallas

Adams Hall Asset Management – an independent wealth management firm – announced today that it is expanding its wealth advisory service by opening an office in Dallas. The firm has hired Scott Mills, formerly with UBS Wealth Management, to lead the expansion.

Jana Shoulders, chief executive officer of Adams Hall, said, "We have client relationships in the Dallas area and look forward to expanding our footprint by establishing a permanent local presence."

Adams Hall is an independent wealth management firm that creates customized wealth planning solutions for a wide range of clients. It is part of the Mariner Wealth Advisors family of companies. Mariner Wealth CEO Martin C. Bicknell was recognized by Barron's as one of the Top 10 Independent Wealth Advisors in the United States in 2010 and 2011.

The announcement also said Mills, a native of Dallas, will be bringing on a team of experienced wealth management professionals.

In addition to the time he spent at UBS, Mills' professional experience includes wealth management roles at Barclays Wealth and with Credit Suisse First Boston's Private Client Group. He served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
