Key responsibilities
In this role, you will leverage best practices, collaborate across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional end-to-end service. Through your dedication and expertise, you will play a critical role in helping UBS provide a seamless and differentiated client experience.
We're looking for a Client Service Representative to:
• Assist clients with all UBS Bank USA banking product related activities, such as account opening, money movement, balance inquiries, fees, general account management
• Provide high end support to inquiries from clients, Advisors, S/WMBs, and branch staff
• Provide 360 resolution for all inquiries, including escalations and complaints
• Understand and adhere to key Risk, Fraud, and Compliance processes
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisor teams, key branch personnel, S/WMBs and other partners
• Educate and assist client with account features (such as money movement and account types), preferences, and digital capabilities
• Broaden and strengthen existing and new client relationships with superior service
Your skills and experience
• A university degree or ideally 1-2 years of equivalent experience
• Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform work in a timely manner
• Advanced conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of UBS Bank USA products and features, general banking, and a broad understanding of financial services

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 70000 - max USD 93000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
