Your role

Are you skilled at developing wealth management strategies? Does financial data excite you?

We're looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client's goals
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change

You'll be working as part of Shafer Block Wealth Management in our Wayzata office.

Our team is process driven and systematic in everything we do. We are focused on ensuring that our actions exceed expectations.

As a Sr. Wealth Strategy Associate you'll play an important role in the success of our team.

Your expertise

Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses
• 5+ years of experience in the finance sector
• bachelor's degree focusing on Finance or Business preferred
• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
• team player
