Job Description

The Open Banking product team is leading the industry in enabling customers to easily and securely share their data across financial institutions and FinTechs, holistically manage their finances, and seamlessly control these permissions through Chase's Security Center.

As Vice President of Product Operations on the Open Banking team, you will set strategic direction and ensure operational alignment across the Open Banking Product organization. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive product planning, portfolio management, performance management, opportunity identification and issue resolution.

Job responsibilities
  • Establish, track, and refine OKRs, KPIs, and other key business metrics; set targets and monitor progress against strategic goals
  • Lead ongoing, quarterly, and annual roadmap planning across the Open Banking portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverage business intelligence and analytics to inform senior leadership, guide key business decisions, and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders; foster collaboration and partnership to advance organizational strategy.
  • Partner with tech and mission control to quickly resolve and root cause client issues and production incidents
  • Champion best practices and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technology
  • Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Experience in defining and building out product roadmaps
  • Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of driving change and transformation in a complex organization
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
  • Strong culture carrier
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrable experience working on Open Banking
  • Demonstrable experience working on a regulated product or feature set

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) in New York, NY and will not support Hybrid options. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
