Senior Associate / Vice President, Office Investments

A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an investment professional to support the acquisition, underwriting, and asset management of office and mixed-use assets throughout South Florida and select Sun Belt markets.

This individual will play a key role in sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, supporting due diligence efforts, and executing business plans across a growing portfolio of Class A and value-add office investments.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisitions and development opportunities
• Build financial models and investment committee materials
• Support due diligence and transaction execution
• Partner with asset management teams to drive value creation initiatives
• Analyze market fundamentals, leasing trends, and capital markets activity
• Assist with business plan execution across existing investments

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, lending, or advisory experience
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities
• Experience evaluating office, mixed-use, or commercial real estate opportunities
• Bachelor's degree required
