- Review and identify possible errors in processed activity in WSO Web, Global and Trade audit
- Research processing issues
- Address emails and Freshdesk query in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Experience with loan services
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Available to work extended hours for Quarter and Month end
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong work ethic - organized, detail oriented, analytical, time management
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- WSO experience
