This individual will work directly alongside senior investment professionals, participate in investment committee discussions, interact with portfolio company management teams and boards, and help drive value creation initiatives across the portfolio.

For candidates seeking a long-term platform with meaningful advancement opportunities, this position offers a clear path for continued growth and leadership within the organization.

  • Participate in board meetings and portfolio oversight activities.
  • Mentor and develop junior investment professionals while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on investment strategy, portfolio management, and new opportunity assessment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong transaction execution experience and advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high attention to detail, and a desire to take ownership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and investment presentation development.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Established investment firm with a 25+ year track record.
  • Over $5 billion deployed and managed across multiple market cycles.
  • Exposure to both private equity and private credit investing.
  • Direct interaction with senior decision-makers and investment committee members.
  • Significant responsibility and autonomy within a lean, collaborative team structure.
  • Opportunity to work closely with portfolio company executives and boards.
