Job Description
Visa's Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Consultant, Talent Acquisition Sourcing to join our diverse team of industry leading sourcers. This role will successfully collaborate with a team(s) of Talent Acquisition campus recruiters, as well as work directly with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry early careers talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform active sourcing, while being a strategic partner in support of Visa's business functions.
Essential Functions:
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

The estimated salary range for this position is $109,800 to $186,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Job Description
Visa's Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Consultant, Talent Acquisition Sourcing to join our diverse team of industry leading sourcers. This role will successfully collaborate with a team(s) of Talent Acquisition campus recruiters, as well as work directly with hiring team(s) and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you are on the front line of attracting industry early careers talent that will impact the greater global organization. This role will perform active sourcing, while being a strategic partner in support of Visa's business functions.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with Sr. Manager to design, develop and execute a university sourcing strategy to attract top early careers talent to Visa for internships and new college graduate roles in the U.S. and Canada
- Manage relationships with a set of core schools. Partnering with University career centers, student organizations, faculty, staff, and Visa leaders
- Design and manage Visa's presence at key industry conference sponsorships including but not limited to event coordination, lead nurturing, management of volunteers, and budget management
- Builds and nurtures a long-term early careers talent pipeline that enables the business to fulfill Visa's 2030 strategic imperatives
- Manages portfolio of branded merchandise from selection, sourcing, delivery, warehousing, maintenance, and expense tracking
- Serves as a trusted senior sourcing partner by influencing both early careers recruiting partners and hiring managers on talent demand, industry trends, and market intelligence forecast in the development of attraction strategies
- Be an advisory member in the recruiting in-take Meetings with the talent recruiting partners and hiring teams
- Designs, implements, and executes effective proactive campus sourcing strategies and leverages internal and industry data to propose operational efficiencies to Global Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Utilizes sourcing skills to actively identify talent, via different talent attraction platforms, to include LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, 12Twenty, etc.
- Actively market job openings, partnering with Recruitment Marketing on advertising, while encouraging hiring teams to share with their individual networks.
- Attracts top diverse industry early careers talent into the organization while acting as a Visa culture ambassador both in-person and online using social media tools like LinkedIn
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Able to work in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience utilizing Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Workday a plus.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday a plus
- Expert level utilization of social media outlets for sourcing efforts, such as LinkedIn, Handshake, 12Twenty, and other major job boards
- Advanced skills within researching and identifying both passive and active candidates
- Advanced skills with creating and implementing lead nurture campaigns, lead list segmentation, and tracking campaign results
- Experience working with college students in a professional capacity
- Results oriented, self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
- Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and meet various competing deadlines
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to large audiences and selling Visa as an employer of choice
- Strong collaboration skills with vendors, partners, colleagues and leaders at all levels
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Teams Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to travel 30% of the time
- Experience producing virtual or hybrid recruiting events
- Prior sourcing experience with early careers talent within the Fintech industry
- Experience recruiting early careers talent at universities with top computer science programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and agile project management skills
- Advanced excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets using VLOOKUP's, pivots, index match, etc., across multiple excel sheets
- Experience managing a budget over $1M.
