Wescot Credit Services are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our Facilities team in our vibrant Telford office TF3 4NT !

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors providing a warm welcome alongside managing administrative tasks .

Your package

• Salary: £13,218.40

Your duties

• Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors delivering a professional and courteous welcome, completing confidentiality documentation and compliance with the visitors book
• Issue ID badges for new colleagues, visitors and contractors. Ensuring restricted access controls are approved
• Producing monthly access reports and update building access via the control system
• Undertake Health & Safety related duties including acting as a DSE representative, carrying out DSE assessments whilst ensuring maintenance of the DSE Assessment Log
• Placing orders for stationery as required and keep an accurate record of stock controlling
• Receive and distribute deliveries updating the relevant colleagues and spreadsheets
• Carry out monthly premises inspections and take prompt action to report any issues
• Ensure all faults are logged and contractors' reports are filed accordingly
• Assist in Reception and Facilities shared Outlook duties as and when required

You're someone who has:

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and positively interact with colleagues, customers and visitors
• Great organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• An ability to work confidentially with integrity and discretion
• A flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience of working within a reception environment is desirable but not essential
