30 hours per week | £15.57 - £16.53 per hour

We're looking for a Team Leader to provide confident, visible leadership and support a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support in South Gloucestershire .

You'll work closely with the Locality Manager , leading and supporting a team of Support Workers, maintaining standards, driving quality and ensuring consistent practice. You'll bring a calm, resilient approach and be confident supporting your team through challenges.

Alongside providing hands-on support when needed, you'll coordinate daily support, supervise colleagues and help develop skills within the team, ensuring resources are used effectively.

You will have:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within social care
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A relevant social care qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• A full UK driving licence is preferable

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the people we support to live the lives they choose
• Providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to Support Workers
• Supporting the Locality Manager with coaching and mentoring
• Coordinating high-quality, responsive support
• Ensuring safeguarding, quality and regulatory standards are met
