Interim Workforce Professionals - Supporting a Leading Healthcare Consultancy (UK-Wide)

We are expanding our national network of interim workforce professionals to support a leading healthcare consultancy delivering high-impact transformation and workforce improvement programmes across the UK.

We are particularly interested in professionals with:

• Significant NHS workforce experience (essential for most roles)
• Backgrounds in workforce, HR, OD, change management, or clinical workforce leadership
• Professional registrations where applicable (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health Professionals, or other clinical qualifications) OR other relevant qualifications such as CIPD, MBA, or a Degree in OD etc
• Experience delivering clinical workforce reviews, service diagnostics, or workforce transformation projects
• Knowledge of workforce systems
• Experience of using workforce analytics to drive change

Interim assignments include:

• Workforce Leads, Business Partners & Senior Workforce Specialists
• Workforce Programme / Project Managers
• Clinical Workforce Review Specialists
• eRostering / Workforce Systems Consultants
