About the Role
Liberty's Tax Department operates across a broad set of direct and indirect tax obligations, supported by a mix of ERP and non-ERP tooling. As we continue to modernise our operating model, this role will focus on data-enabled process engineering: designing, building and improving the automated workflows, controls and reporting that underpin Tax's day-to-day activities.
The Tax Automation and Data Analyst will work directly with the Head of Tax Transformation, and alongside the Tax Data Analyst, to re-engineer tax processes across the department. The role combines established automation tooling (Alteryx, Power BI, Excel) with progressive, controlled adoption of LLM chatbot and agentic capabilities as one further component of a data- and technology-enabled tax function.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for a candidate who wants to build breadth across Tax, work at the intersection of data engineering and finance transformation, and grow their capability in the applied use of AI in a regulated setting.
