Job summary
As part of TMG Team, Syndicate Transaction Manager will support the EMEA Global Markets Division Syndicate team for Primary New Issue business.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
1.Daily TMG Responsibilities
• Support GMD Syndicate team in pricing and executing primary new issues transactions.
• Involved in Book building process - specifically looking after the book building/reconciliation process (orders and hedges) during a new issue transaction
• Involved in hedging operations (mainly EGB and swaps), while supervised by Syndicate Managers on the desk
• Trades booking in FO booking systems
• Ticketing and P&L Calculation.
• Ensure all syndicate administrative tasks have been closed for each deal (fee booking, daily Pnl reporting, Middle Office emails, etc.)
• Active connection, collaboration and communication with MO and BO teams to ensure follow up on new issues transaction settlements and potential issues arising.
2. Processes / IT systems
• Report on any issues with the various IT systems used throughout the primary market flow business, with a particular focus on S&P/Ipreo systems, to the rest of the TMG team and head of TMG team.
3. Counterparties and Clients
• Ensure the head of TMG team, and direct reporting line and Head of London Syndicate is made fully aware in a timely fashion of all matters that might have a material impact on the Syndicate group performance, risk position or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers in other organisations as applicable.
• Ensure adherence to KYC procedures and policy.
4.Communication
• Maintain open and constructive contact with the Sales desks regarding shared business.

- Excellent communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with other teams: Sales, Traders, DCM Originators, MO and BO.
