An established global investment firm is seeking a motivated, French-speaking Sales Associate to join its London-based distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual looking to build a career in investment management, working alongside experienced sales professionals to grow client relationships across the European market. Previous financial services experience is beneficial but not essential for candidates with a strong sales background and an interest in financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, and digital channels.
2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Arrange meetings and support senior sales professionals in developing new business.
4. Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of client activity.
5. Respond to client enquiries and share relevant investment insights and resources.
6. Support and attend client events, webinars, and industry functions.
7. Stay informed on market trends and develop a strong understanding of the firm's investment solutions.

Candidate Requirements

1. Fluent in French and English.
2. Degree educated or equivalent relevant professional experience.
3. Proven success in a sales or business development environment.
4. Strong interest in financial markets and willingness to learn.
5. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
6. Resilient, organised and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
7. Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools is advantageous.
