You'll work alongside a high performing, supportive team that partners with some of the most recognisable brands in the industry.




Responsibilities



This is a fast-paced, people focused role where no two days are the same. You'll learn how to:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates

• Source top talent for temporary finance and accounting roles

• Manage the full recruitment process, from first call to placement

• Develop market insight in the vibrant consumer and media space



We'll give you all the tools and training to become a successful recruiter, plus the chance to progress quickly based on performance, not tenure.



Skills




What we're looking for:

A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people

Driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving targets

Interest in the consumer, retail, or media industries

Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
