Due to continued growth within the Operations function, CassonX are looking to identify an Operations Analyst with 2-3 years’ experience gained within an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund or similar buy-side environment. The successful candidate will have experience supporting the trade lifecycle across products including Equities, ETFs, Unit Trusts, FX Forwards, Futures and Fixed Income instruments. You will have hands on exposure to trade matching, settlements, custody cash and position reconciliations, corporate actions and collateral management, whilst being confident working closely with custodians, fund administrators and front office teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the day to day operational support for a number of investment funds, ensuring trades progress smoothly through the full lifecycle whilst maintaining accurate reconciliations, collateral management, FX payments and NAV oversight. You will work closely with Trading, Compliance, Sales, Custodians and Fund Administrators, responding to operational queries, driving improvements to the control environment and supporting a variety of operational change projects as the business continues to expand.
