Role Overview:

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of marketing and events programmes that deepen customer relationships, support account growth and strengthen market presence. You will own day-to-day marketing operations across content, events, digital channels and partner activity, ensuring plans, budgets and stakeholders are well coordinated. Working hands-on with consultants, business leaders, partners and suppliers, you will turn specialist expertise into high-quality events, thought leadership and customer-facing materials that are commercially relevant and on brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing programmes across events, content, digital channels and partner activity.
• Own day-to-day marketing operations, including plans, timelines, budgets, suppliers, campaign workflows and core marketing processes.
• Design and deliver customer-focused events and experiences, managing end-to-end logistics, communications and commercially relevant follow-up.
• Work with consultants and subject-matter experts to create thought leadership, case studies and customer stories that clearly communicate our expertise.
• Oversee marketing platforms and channels (CRM, automation, website, social, asset libraries and reporting) to ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Translate business and partner priorities into practical marketing plans that support account development, pipeline progression and brand positioning.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, customers and partners to secure the right participation and ensure activities are joined-up and on brand.
• Use engagement and performance data to optimise campaigns and build repeatable, scalable marketing and events best practices.

About the Candidate:

• Proven experience owning and delivering integrated marketing strategies across events, content, digital and partner channels.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects, budgets, deadlines, stakeholders and suppliers with clear governance.
• Strong track record of planning and executing customer-facing events, webinars or roundtables end to end.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical or specialist expertise into clear, customer-focused content.
• Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of how marketing supports account growth, business development and partner engagement.
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to align senior leaders, consultants, customers and creative teams around shared priorities.
• Experienced user of Microsoft 365 and modern marketing, CRM, CMS and social platforms; able to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
• Data-informed mindset, using engagement and performance insights to improve activity and build scalable, repeatable ways of working.
