Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Assistant/Executive to join our expanding Disease team. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-profile disease claims within a high-performing, forward-thinking national practice.
You'll manage a varied caseload, develop specialist expertise, and work closely with experienced colleagues supporting major insurers and corporate clients.

Our national personal injury practice operates across seven UK offices and handles complex, high-value cases led by market-leading Partners. Many matters involve cross-border quantum issues supported by our international network.
We focus on modern, efficient, client-centred solutions, supported by our in-house R&D capability and award-winning legal technology.

- Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
- Brokers
- Asbestos-related disease
- Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)
- Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)
- Employer's Liability / Public Liability (EL/PL)
- 1+ years' experience handling defendant personal injury claims*
- Ability to manage fast-track and DCP caseloads
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
