About the Position:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Executive for our Automall Aftersales Service Centre in Dubai. The main responsibility of the job holder is to achieve targeted training man-hours and to ensure the representative mix of technical skills at all locations by designing and imparting appropriate technical training courses. You will be the focal point of contact for providing diagnostic support for multi brand vehicles on technical issues and will ensure the availability of necessary special tools, technical literature and service bulletins at locations.

You will prepare technical reports on repeated and major concerns related to all brand vehicles and distribute the information on all branches to save diagnostic time and to achieve 'Fix First Time' (FFT). You will ensure that Service Technician has the requisite skills and knowledge of repair, service and troubleshooting.

You will also be in charge in the formulation of training need analysis for technicians and preparation of their development plans.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should a Diploma or a Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or extensive and specialized training in multi brand passenger vehicles. You should have 10 years' experience in automotive service industry. You should have at least 4 years' experience as a Training Instructor. You should have excellent technical knowledge in diagnosing and repairing multi brands cars.
