About our client

An established sovereign wealth fund is looking for a senior operating partner, with expertise in the commercial optimisation of international businesses. This role would focus on identifying and unlocking value in companies within the firm's private equity portfolio through the commercial excellence.

• The role will focus on creating operational excellence in its portfolio companies, with a focus on the optimisation of commercial functions e.g. customer base
• You will be working with other senior operating partners, as well as senior investment and other leadership professionals to identify areas of value creation and growth opportunities within the existing portfolio
• This firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses

Who we are looking for

• Candidates should have experience from a top-tier consultancy firm with significant exposure to private equity and/or senior operating experience from an international corporate
• Significant operational experience of developing commercial excellence
• Ability to work effectively with executive team members, with a strong ability to lead
• Strong business acumen, with a track record and ability of project delivery through functions such as revenue growth, improved value proposition or expanded customer base
• Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time
