Our client, a leading local banking group here in the UAE are looking for a 'Manager, Digital Transformation Strategy' to come on board and formulate their Digital Transformation road map for some big-scale projects taking place.

Job Purpose

The organisation is undergoing big-scale digital transformation projects on Retail products and at all Direct Channels. In order to fulfill the various parallel tasks described below, the position is needed:

Assessing the current digital capabilities of the orgnisation in terms of products, channels and services; executing the fit-gap analysis at least twice a year

Plan the digital transformation roadmap with the help of all stakeholders with solid project business cases and conceptualized scope

Personally attend the BDL, BRD and design phases of retail product digitalization projects including:

o Retail Assets Digitalization 

o Retail Liabilities Digitalization 

Prepare the discussion material for the strategic project planning sessions for following channels

o Digital Banking

o Self-care Banking

o Assisted Banking 

Improve the P&L and KPI’s for Direct Banking; including channel based P&L analysis setup (including for ATMs) and extensive measurement improvements on measuring product openings & project impacts on penetration

Run profitability analysis for the current setup of the ATM/CDM network; providing suggestions for ATM network optimization

Providing and executing suggestions to increase Direct Banking profitability with new revenue types and also channel-based pricing
