Head of Private Banking Strategy/Business Management

Reporting into the Head of Business Management for the Private Bank (and working closely with the Group Head of Private Banking) this is a key, newly created role shaping and enabling the strategic planning process and the implementation of strategic projects for the Private Banking for the UAE and Internationally. This includes formulation of strategy and its execution across local, regional and international private banking businesses and establishing business plans and the private banking proposition. The role also has a heavy focus on execution of key strategic porojects and initiatives and will include supporting the Balanced Scorecard Process and setting KPIs for all business units within the Private Bank. The role will require close collaboration with business and other functions across the Bank to drive the design and delivery of the PB strategy. Previous experience in Private Banking is essential either as part of a Strategy or PMO team or within a Business Management function for a Private Bank or PB arm of a Bank. Excellent communication skills and proven track record of not only designing but also executing projects is key.
