- Extensive Marketing background with a leading top tier bank.
- Background must have incorporated Retail Product Development and Segmentation - ti improve and drive profitabilty for the bank across these areas.
- Track record launching successful new products into the market that include a full portfolio of Retail Bank products.
- Experienced working in a competitive Retail / Consumer banking market whilst driving customer profitabilty & engagement.
- Customer Value Management capability, with ability to influence:
- Customer Management Programmes across the Retail Bank customers & products
- Customer Acquisition across all channels.
- Customer migration, retention/cross-sell/up-sell.
- Customer lending & savings journey.
- Previous P&L accountability is required.
- Strong leadership background - overseeing a total team in excess of 50 people.
- Degree educated or equivelant and eligible to work in the UAE.
