The Company
Our client, an international online FX and financial products broker, are looking for a driven, and motivated business development professional, who would be interested in joining a growing team within an international financial institution.  This role would suit an individual with either FX sales, treasury sales or marketing, or financial services sales experience.  Whilst training and professional development will be provided, the candidate should have some experience or knowledge of FX, CFDs, bonds, futures and options, and global markets products.


The Role
• Outbound sales activity in order to build a pipeline of potential investors and clients
• Building and maintaining a portfolio of HNI’s, who want to trade global fx and markets products
• Conversion of leads, booking meetings and closing sales for investors interested in opening a trading account
• New client business development, winning new business across the GCC
• Work with internal stakeholders including senior management and marketing, in order to achieve targets for sales campaigns


The Candidate
• Driven, motivated, and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and business development
• Articulate and bright, able to discuss financial markets and often complex financial instruments with investors
• Persuasive, able to close sales and win new business
• Interest and knowledge of financial markets
• Some direct exposure to either FX, CFDs, bonds, futures and options, or other derivative products
• Desire to succeed and progress within an international financial institution
• At least 3 years
• Arabic speaking preferable, in order to win new client business with clients in the UAE and wider GCC
