- Reporting to the Front Desk Supervisor, you will act as the Ambassador of the CHSC. You must be self-motivated who brings smiles to the guests and plays an instrumental role in delivering unique and quality guest experience at the front office and registration counter - Exhibit the CHSC’s image by greeting guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador of the CHSC.
  • Acknowledge and greet all guests according to the Company’s standard operation procedures
  • Perform guest registration in the I-clinic
  • Process cash and credit card payments
  • Respond to guests queries and give clear and concise answers
  • Guide guests to next station.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming.
  • Offer a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain good customer relations by familiarizing with patient’s need.
  • Demonstrate awareness of policies and procedures and ensure all processes are conducted safely and within the guidelines
  • Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
  • Be able to multi-function and show willingness to take on further tasks that may be required.
  • Follow up procedures, should be handled as per HAAD visa screening standards.

 

  • Communicate using appropriate terminology for the guest, their families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in accordance with the ethics of the profession.
  • Promote and practice effective communication and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Practice with his/her area of competence and assume accountability for his/her own professional responsibilities.
  • Be knowledgeable about UAE and Abu Dhabi context and be able to answer guest queries related to screening procedure and subsequent queries.
