Associate or VP, Private Credit, Global Sovereign Wealth Fund, Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are working with a leading sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an Associate or a VP to join their private credit investments team, which is very well capitalised and has a global investment remit. There will be exposure to a high volume of deals. The team works with leading global alternative asset managers and is expanding in its coverage of all aspects of private credit.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform due diligence and financial modelling of potential investment opportunities
- Analyse investment options to improve returns and create value
- Prepare investment memos and investment committee documentation
- Assist in business development initiatives by structuring and managing co-investment opportunities in the US and Europe
YOUR PROFILE: - Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
- Experience in a top-tier bank, investment fund, accounting firm or corporate finance team
- Strong business acumen with experience in critically evaluating business and investment opportunities
- Superior quantitative skills including financial modeling and valuation
- Excellent business English
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi full time
