Essential Functions

• Facilitates Universal Banker Onboarding training each month
• Accurately processes banking transactions,
• Retains and deepens relationships by identifying needs and offering custom financial solutions,
• Provides account servicing and maintenance,
• Assists with problem resolution for customers,
• Educates customers on digital bank solutions that will make their lives safer, easier and better,
• Refers customers to internal business partners (i.e. cash management, mortgage, and wealth management), and
• Keeps informed of, and strictly adhere to all bank procedures and industry regulations.

Must Haves

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3+ years of (related) in-person customer service and cash handling experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of retail banking experience
• Must be comfortable facilitating/presenting to and working with a mixed audiences up to and including management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Office skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of bank products and services
• Minimum of 1+ year of training experience
