Fusion Center Business Architecture
Who we are looking for
The leader of our Business Process Architect team. As a leader, taking care of and growing the people on your team is your priority. Aligning an individual's growth to the mutual benefit of the individual and the business is key to success. The Leader and team are responsible for the development of integrated workflows among the Cyber Fusion organization and drive the implementation of operating improvements and efficiencies across the Fusion Center organization. The role will guide oversight of process development and KPI's that ensure Fusion functions are working together in support of the Fusion Center operating model. Leveraging industry experience, the leader is also responsible for developing process templates and maintaining the library that each functional team will use to maintain related process documentation.

What you will be responsible for
As the leader of the Fusion Center Business Architecture team you will
  • Partner with Fusion Center leaders to develop and implement top-level process models that demonstrates how core Fusion Center functions support the Fusion Center operating model.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members and others in the area of cybersecurity operations and process engineering.
  • Develop and care for those reporting directly to you. Cultivate a growth mindset among the team.
  • Develop and maintain workflow diagrams and process templates.
  • Provide guidance to functional teams in the proper use and completion of developed documentation templates.
  • Oversee and develop and implement key performance indicators (KPI's) that demonstrate that processes are functioning as intended.
  • Refine and manage the intelligence-led, risk-based prioritization process for Fusion Center Use Case Management.
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc and automated data reporting as needed from databases and vendor systems using vendor tooling, office automation software, and/or custom automation as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical and administrative functions
  • Evolve the framework for process monitoring and develop methods to automate notifications and generate reporting/metrics.
  • Provider thought leadership for scoping complex, cross-organizational projects as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure (security/systems/network) engineering and/or development
  • 5+ years in technology and/or project management leadership positions
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting and communications
  • Experience establishing and defining the scope of new teams or functions
  • Experience working in large complex environments (financial services a plus)

Additional requirements
  • Financial Services experience a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.
  • Project Management Professional a plus.
