Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Salt Lake City, UT. Plan and execute all technical aspects of voice infrastructure upgrades, installations and enhancements on systems such as Cisco IP telephony, CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCE and Cisco Cube systems. Organize and provide local and global training to the voice team for new and upgraded systems. Install new voice platforms and execute updates and upgrades to the existing global voice infrastructure such as applications, servers, Cisco IP telephony, CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco UCCE and Cisco Cube systems, Qfiniti, Nice system, Avaya audio conference and IPC trading systems. Coordinate and collaborate with the voice engineering teams on projects and technical issues relating to voice systems globally across various time zones to ensure that engineers' designs are implemented. Maintain accurate records of changes, incidents, and projects. Ensure best practice documents are up to date. Provide periodic updates to management on all on going projects. Adhere to company's change management and incident management policies. Interface with the Implementation Engineering team to assist with the creation of documents for project implementation. Work with team members and voice operations management to improve team efficiency.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Cisco Unified Communication Manager (10.x); Cisco Unity voicemail; Nice Call Recording System; Cisco UCCE; Avaya Audio conference system; BT Trading Platform - BT Turrets; IPC Trading platform - IPC Turrets (IPC Alliance and Unigy); Trading - M.R.D, A.R.D and Hoots; Qfiniti recording and workforce management platforms; Cisco CUBE, CVP and VXML gateways; deploying new voice infrastructure and executing platform upgrades and enhancements in an enterprise environment; executing and validating voice infrastructure and contact center changes in a production environment; collaborating with engineering teams and vendors for voice infrastructure upgrades, installations and/or enhancements. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Cisco Call manager, Call center (UCCE) implementation and upgrade; Avaya Audio conference system implementation; planning and executing of voice infrastructure systems changes.
